Digital products, final sale

Every beat license sold by ProdFcsGrid is a digital product, delivered instantly after checkout through BeatStars or BeatPlace. Because the files are available to you the moment payment clears, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases you made yourself, or after the files have been downloaded.

When we fix it instead of refunding

If something is actually wrong on our end, we make it right, just not with a refund. That covers:

• A corrupted or incomplete audio file
• The wrong license tier delivered (you paid for one license and received another)
• A checkout charge that was processed more than once by mistake

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of the purchase with your order number. We will re-send the correct file or fix the charge directly.

Exclusive licenses

Once an exclusive license is sold, the beat is taken off the market and the rights transfer to the buyer. Exclusive sales cannot be reversed after delivery.
